Reporting a problem

Describe what you were doing, the message you saw, your device model and app version if known. Share only what is needed; remove personal details from screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification links, API keys, payment-card details or copies of identity and immigration documents.

Password resets

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Request a fresh email and open its link in the same app and device where you requested it. A browser, simulator and physical phone do not share the saved verification. If sending is temporarily limited, wait before requesting another email.

Purchases and cancellation

If Plus does not appear after a purchase, open Profile → Subscription → Refresh plan or Restore purchases while signed into the original New2Germany and store accounts. Check your store's purchase status before attempting another purchase.

Use Manage store subscription or Apple's subscription settings to cancel renewal. Deleting your New2Germany account does not cancel a store subscription. For Apple-billed refunds, visit Apple's refund request service. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Documents and AI

Uploading a document does not automatically send it to Groq. For a PDF, select one page, review the sharing notice and confirm the action. AI may be unavailable because of provider limits. Check generated text against the original; translations are not certified and drafts are not sent automatically.

Privacy and deletion

Open Profile → Privacy & Security for export, recorded choices and account deletion. The in-app export contains account records, not the uploaded file contents or every provider record.
